Light and airy with two large windows that flood the room with afternoon and evening sun. Ideal for family or friends, this room has a Queen bed and a single-size bed. The view is south, to the famous Martello Tower and on to the Bay of Fundy, and west, to Douglas Avenue and back gardens. The decor is decidedly Victorian, fun and frivolous, with rich royal blue walls, white trim and sugar maple floors. We like to hold this room for guests requiring two beds.

The Rose room is decorated in the rich summery hue of roses with soft beige and features a Queen antique brass bed and full bath with a clawfoot tub/ shower. The Rose Room is always a favourite with visitors and was renamed “The Bed of Roses” by one admirer. Corner windows bring in the late afternoon and morning sun with a view of Douglas Avenue and the side and back gardens.

This was the master bedroom and is furnished with an impressive mahogany Art Nouveau bedroom set circa 1913. The large triple bay window, with partial views of the town and the harbour, floods the room with the morning sun. The bath is fitted with a large claw foot tub for a leisurely hot soak or shower. There is also a four-poster single bed, making this the perfect family or sharing friends room. We like to hold this room for guests requiring two beds.

A warm, cozy and somewhat secluded retreat, LaTour is our best-priced water-view room. This room features a queen-size Sleigh Bed and the largest bathroom in our Standard rooms. It is decorated in fresh blues and whites with hints of French toile. After a good night's sleep, you can enjoy the morning sunrise over the Bay in this bright, cheerful space.

Named after the historic Fort Howe that its windows face, this room is a wonderful fusion of deep reds and pastels with rich wood flooring. A private bath with a welcoming cast iron soaker tub/shower is a definite focal point for a relaxing journey’s end. A white Wicker Queen bed frame and dark Walnut furniture highlight this room and combined with the bright morning sun, make it a joy to greet the day.
